The lil girl had a busy May when she signed up for McDonald’s Kiddie Crew program. It’s a 1-week training camp for kids where greeting guests, making burger and ice cream among others are taught. There’s a registration fee of PhP595 inclusive of shirt (their uniform for the week), messenger bag, baseball cap, apron, chef’s hat, IDs of kiddie crew and fetcher plus meals every day after their activity. Super sulit!!!
I know that I posted Lian’s kiddie crew experience here.
But wait, there’s more! There’s a grand graduation held at World Trade Center where kiddie crew are treated to a special show about everyday local heroes and booths galore. Good thing we went early so she was able to go around the venue first before settling in to watch the show. We scored good seats too!

Sayang because dahil the line’s sooo long, we didn’t go na to the photobooth. We thought kasi na baka konti na lang tao after the show. Onga, konti lang tao kasi kung sino lang ang nakabuy ng stubs and pwede magpa-picture.
The show’s welcome number was really good with a sort of aerial show.

show’s hosts Ms. Jackie Lou Blanco and hottie Atom Araullo
They also invited onstage 2nd-time Kiddie crew member Callie with mom, Dimples Romana
The show ran for almost 2 hours with production numbers about local community heroes like a teacher, doctor, fireman and engineer.
Then to cap the show, the Kiddie crew members sang their Make It Happen song and danced the Ronald dance, my Kiddie Crew pledge pa…kaya kagulo na mga kids. Since we’re on row 3, takbo ang Lian sa front.
It was a really good Kiddie Crew Grand Graduation to end their 2014 program. The lil girl is so looking forward to next year.
